Additionally, fake profiles of these companies have been detected on social media platforms such as Facebook and X (formerly Twitter).
PMI-CIM, P.M.I. Holdings Petróleos España, S.L., or any of the aforementioned companies it serves, completely disassociate themselves from these communications and from individuals impersonating personnel or directors of these companies to engage in potentially criminal activities.
If you receive messages, documents, emails, or requests claiming to be from PMI-CIM, P.M.I. Holdings Petróleos España, S.L., or any of the aforementioned companies it serves, we urge you to verify their authenticity before taking any action. These companies do not have official verified social media accounts.
The Anti-Corruption Policies and Guidelines for Petróleos Mexicanos, its Productive Subsidiary Companies, and, where applicable, Affiliate Companies, are of general application and mandatory observance for the personnel of PMI-CIM and any of the aforementioned companies it serves, as well as for third parties.
We remind you that all official communications related to PMI-CIM and the aforementioned companies it serves are conducted exclusively through authorized institutional channels and that their information is published solely on their official website: www.pmi.com.mx.
