P.M.I. Trading DAC

​P.M.I. Trading Designated Activity Company (PMI Trading DAC) is an affiliate company of P.M.I. Norteamérica, S.A. de C.V. and has Petróleos Mexicanos as its ultimate controlling entity. The company changed its name in July 2018 from P.M.I. Trading Limited to PMI Trading DAC due to changes in the Irish Entities Legislation.

 

PMI Trading DAC was incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ireland (Ireland) on May 17, 1991; where it has only one registered address. On July 24th, 1991, the governing body of PMI Trading DAC resolved that all business, management and control of the company shall be conducted outside Ireland. Therefore, on that date, the Board of Directors of PMI Trading DAC decided that the main office and the seat of business would be in Mexico City, where it operates through a Branch established in accordance with Mexican Law. The Branch began operations on July 26th, 1991, and its main activity is the purchase and sale of crude oil and its derivatives in the world market.​

Carry out commercial operations of oil, whether crude or refined, in all its forms, as well as carry out activities related to its storage, handling, transport and logistics that support the value chain.

The company has no investment plans in the short term and will continue to provide marketing services in accordance with its corporate purpose.
