It is a coordination and communication mechanism for the attention, advice, and channeling of cases regarding ethics and integrity within P.M.I. Comercio Internacional, S.A. de C.V. and the companies to which it provides services, such as bribery and corruption, harassment and sexual harassment, labor harassment, among others. The information collected by this means will be channeled to the areas empowered to know, advise, investigate and, where appropriate, punish unethical and misconduct.

The participation of all personnel in the compliance with the Code of Ethics and Conduct is essential, so retaliatory acts are prohibited to those who have used the Ethics Line to report any conduct contrary to these Codes, protecting their identity in accordance with the applicable provisions. Submitting an accusation or report with false information is a violation of the Code of Ethics.​
