PMI Comercio Internacional, is subject to corporate controls due to its nature of private corporation, and it is governed by its by-laws and other applicable laws and regulations.
His activities are specifically overseen and controlled by its own board of directors and by Petróleos Mexicanos.
The supreme authority of PMI Comercio Internacional lies in the General Shareholders Meeting and it also has created various internal-delegate committees that regulate and improve decision-making process, including the credit committee, the procurement committee, the budget committee, the audit control committee, the non-real estate assets committee, the retirement committee, among others.
